Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Direct Mail Marketing Sr. Consultant to lead end-to-end campaign development and optimization. This role requires a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in direct mail and multichannel campaigns, strong financial and project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute direct mail and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through analysis.
  • Build annual marketing plans aligned to revenue, growth, and customer lifecycle objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and testing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, data delivery, and production timelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive actionable insights and improve ROI.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting (Workfront, Ariba).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Legal, Product, Operations, and external vendors).
  • Manage vendor relationships, agency performance, and campaign execution workflows.
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and effective product positioning across all materials.

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in direct mail and multichannel marketing.
  • Strong expertise in campaign execution, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Experience managing budgets, ROI tracking, and financial processes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workfront, and Ariba.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. This is a fully remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
