Overview

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant to support leadership, including executive-level stakeholders. This role provides a mix of executive support, event coordination, onboarding assistance, and day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Schedule: ~20 hours/week (weekday mornings preferred)
  • Work Environment: Primarily remote (occasional onsite 1-2x/month or for events)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recurring meetings (leadership, department, and team meetings)
  • Manage logistics for quarterly all-hands events (in-person, hybrid, virtual)
  • Support event planning (venues, catering, materials, communication, coordination)
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and handle ordering (supplies, food, etc.)
  • Support internal communications (email outreach, follow-ups, response tracking)
  • Maintain and manage tracking spreadsheets (attendance, preferences, tasks)
  • Provide general administrative support (recognition items, team needs, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams (preferred)
  • Event coordination experience (meetings, catering, logistics)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and administrative tools
  • Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Experience in IT or higher education environments is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
