Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced, enterprise PMO environment. This role focuses heavily on managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination experience within a PMO or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience managing project financials (forecasting, accruals, invoicing, reporting).
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice coding.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support project performance and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial tracking tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation and communication are consistent across the PMO.

Job Details

  • Type: Contract (6 months, W2, Paid Weekly)
  • Location: 100% Remote (Based out of Tukwila, WA)
  • Pay Range: $40.00 - $60.00/hr
