This position is responsible for both the day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategy of business travel, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering a seamless travel experience for team members worldwide.

  • Administer and optimize the Concur Travel platform to drive efficiency and improve user experience.

  • Maintain and continuously enhance corporate travel policies and booking tools, balancing company needs with traveler experience.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex travel issues, providing thoughtful problem resolution.

  • Leverage travel data and reporting to analyze spend, performance, and opportunities for cost savings and program improvements.

  • Lead vendor relationships, including airlines, hotels, and car rental partners; conduct quarterly business reviews and hold vendors accountable.

  • Negotiate corporate travel agreements, including airline contracts, hotel programs, and supplier partnerships.

  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and procurement, particularly during transformation initiatives.

  • Support onboarding of new acquisitions into company travel programs, vendors, and tools.

  • Educate team members on business travel policies and best practices.

  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading global corporate travel programs

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering Concur Travel

  • Proven experience negotiating and managing airline, hotel, and travel vendor contracts

  • Strong understanding of how to source and manage corporate travel agreements

  • Experience working closely with a Travel Management Company

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze travel spend, report on performance, and drive cost savings

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate complex travel issues

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
