IMMEDIATE BANKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED - FULLY REMOTE AFTER TRAINING - $25/HR
Opportunity to work for one of the largest banking organizations in the area. This is a full-time opportunity with room for advancement.
Shift Requirements
Candidates must be flexible between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
- 4 weekdays required.
- Saturday is REQUIRED EVERY WEEK from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Possible shifts: 9:30-6:30, 10:00-7:00, or 11:00-8:00.
Location
Wakefield, MA (Hybrid: Must be on-site when needed occasionally, otherwise remote).
Qualifications
- 2 years of call center experience or banking experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with an outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users.
- Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center.
- Utilize strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and all third-party service providers.
- Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts.
- May be required to assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
