Hybrid (Onsite For 6 Weeks Then Fully Remote) Patient Scheduler

TEKsystems is looking to hire several Call Center Agents for a large hospital in Indianapolis. The role is 6 weeks onsite for training and goes fully remote. Position Details

• Hours: M-F 8a-5p
• Training: Fully onsite M-F 8a-5p, then fully remote
• Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219
• Start Date: 07/28/2026
• Compliance: Vaccines + drug test
• Job Type: Contract to Hire
• Pay: $16.00/hr

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of call center experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and patient manner.
• Ability to have in-depth dialogue and explanations with members regarding sensitive and/or highly confidential information.
• No jumpy tenures; must be self-motivated and career-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle 60+ incoming calls daily.
• Accountable for scheduling appointments, following and reinforcing all policies for case scheduling, and communicating information for each scheduled appointment.
• Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner, working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.

Interview Process

There will be 2 interviews total: a virtual interview with the recruiter (Reya) and a final round virtual interview with the Supervisor.
