Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives Needed

We are seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support a client in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support Representatives will handle inbound calls from company field technicians requiring assistance with a new computer system/app. Support may include:

• Password resets
• System navigation guidance
• Form uploads
• System connection assistance
• Troubleshooting error messages

Must reside in New York State.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16.10 - $16.10/hr
