Job description

Role Overview

Candidates must be comfortable handling 45-50 inbound calls per day with a 5-6 minute average handle time.

There are two call types daily:

  • Business/legal inquiries around medical record status (quick and professional).
  • Patient-facing calls requiring patience, empathy, and the ability to walk callers through a process.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required for 3 of the 10 positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. This is a fully remote position.

Pay And Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $17.00/hr.
