Infor LN Functional Analyst – Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to support a major ERP migration to Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This role focuses on supply chain, warehouse, and procurement modules.

Role Overview

You will be the primary subject matter expert for procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules, including Factory Track operational flows. This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping processes through correct configuration and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.
• Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.
• Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs.
• Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.
• 5-8 years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Infor Certified LN Cloud Logistics Consultant
• Infor Certified CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) Associate

Reporting & Work Environment

• Reports to: Business Systems Manager
• Location: Remote, with travel to Colorado as often as 1 week a month (expenses included).
• Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
