Job Summary

High-level Tech Support Rep - Hybrid in Atlanta, GA. This role offers 1 day work from home and 4 days in-office in Peachtree Corners. The pay is $27/hour with a potential raise upon permanent conversion.

Necessary Experience/Skills:

• Proficiency in customer support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, CRM, or MS Dynamics.
• Strong job tenure: Minimum 15 months in each of the last 3 roles (no job hopping).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Tech-savvy with troubleshooting experience.
• Law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Must have prior Tech Support experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for various products and software.
• Develop and maintain expertise in all company products and solutions.
• Assist customers through multiple communication channels.
• Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement.
• Provide first-class technical support to customers.
