Networking & Linux Tech Support Rep

Job Summary

This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire position for a Networking & Linux Tech Support Rep in Peachtree Corners, GA. The role offers a pay rate of $27/hour with the potential for a pay raise and conversion to a permanent position after 6 months. You'll work a M-F, 8-5pm schedule, with 1 day of remote work and 4 days in the office. A 1-month paid training period is provided.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
• Hybrid: 1 day Work From Home, 4 days in-office in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software.
• Develop and maintain expertise in all company products and solutions.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Report bugs and trends to stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Deliver first-class technical support to customers.

Qualifications:

Required Experience & Skills:

• Customer Support: Proven experience with customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, CRM, or MS Dynamics.
• Job Stability: Strong job tenure is essential; candidates must have remained in their last 3 roles for at least 15 months each.
• Tech Savvy: Fluent with technology and possess troubleshooting experience.
• Technical Support: Must have prior technical support experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in law enforcement.
