The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, client-facing senior developer to join our team as a Microsoft Solution Partner in Modern Work. As a certified expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing collaboration and productivity solutions. Your primary focus will be creating and presenting custom development and migrations on the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio, integrating key components of the Microsoft 365 roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Partner with presales to create and present solution proposals to enterprise clients.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions for Microsoft 365.
• Serve as a software architect and developer for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint custom development.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 platform features and industry trends.
• Maintain and acquire official Microsoft technical certifications annually.
• Participate in Statement of Work (SOW) creation, review, and revision.
• Leverage Microsoft partner content and attend required technical training.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Microsoft Certifications: Must hold either Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) OR Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
• 7-10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment.
• Proven experience architecting and developing with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience using and developing with Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing SDLC and ALM in Power Platform (co-authoring, GitHub actions).
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, portals).
• Proficiency with SharePoint development, Microsoft Graph, UI design, Microsoft Entra, and support analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) or Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).
• Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner.
• Experience with development and automation in Azure and Entra ID.
• Experience integrating and managing Teams Apps and policy.

Additional Information

• Location: Fully Remote (Position based out of Baltimore, MD).
• Travel: Up to 25% if/when needed.
• Pay Range: $148,200 - $222,400/yr.
