- Availability: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST.
- Shift Assignment: Your specific shift will be scheduled within this time frame.
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to provide exceptional service during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize critical thinking, strong communication, and multitasking abilities to convey ownership and provide excellent service.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist participants in a concierge service model, resolving most inquiries from start to finish.
- Deliver high-quality, proactive service, ensuring timely and complete resolution of all inbound inquiries.
- Maintain participant satisfaction by proactively communicating status updates throughout the inquiry process.
- Manage daily open and new cases, which may involve interactions with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and/or client services.
- Accurately and promptly document and update participant account information in the case management system.

- Pay Range: $16.50 - $16.50 per hour
