Senior Martech Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Martech Business Analyst partners with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable marketing technology solutions and process improvements. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating current-state workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting the delivery of capabilities across the martech ecosystem.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

The role is focused on supporting CRM marketing strategy execution, particularly across email and newly expanded multichannel capabilities following a recent platform migration.

The Business Analyst supports the CRM Marketing team across all active initiatives and works in close coordination with the Martech team. Martech owns CRM from a product and technology perspective, while this role represents the business side, ensuring marketing needs, priorities, and requirements are clearly translated and executed.

Primary Focus Areas for the Business Analyst:

• Close out remaining CRM implementation work including enablement of additional channels such as SMS, SMS readiness, operational matrices, and CRM procedures
• Support pending CDP implementation items including CRM and CDP alignment, audience strategy operationalization, strong CDP partnership, and finalization of outstanding business requirements, with participation in weekly cross team touchpoints
• Support major in flight CRM initiatives including unfinished email programs, follow ups on prior work, copy management, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management across highly cross functional teams

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
