Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Supply Analyst to support a high-impact cloud supply chain capacity planning team. This role blends analytics and operational execution to drive insights, support leadership decision-making, and improve planning processes at scale.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly interpret complex datasets, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Supply chain experience (required)
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI
• Strong Excel analytics skills, ideally within supply chain or operations
• Ability to work with complex or incomplete datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Experience supporting data-driven operations or planning teams
• Familiarity with automation or workflow optimization

• Frequent interaction with cross-functional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and validate complex, sometimes imperfect datasets
• Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and reporting issues
• Support ad hoc reporting and leadership data requests
• Work with reporting tools such as Power BI

Operational Support

• Execute recurring planning and reporting processes
• Support capacity planning workflows and operational initiatives
• Maintain and improve process documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across planning, engineering, and finance teams
• Translate business needs into actionable deliverables
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
