Our client, one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms, is looking to add Resource Managers to their team. This role will operate remotely (candidates are required to currently reside within the continental United States to be considered). Join their dynamic Resource Management team where you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives. In this position, you will analyze and understand key priorities, assess resourcing and deployment operations performance, and provide critical insights to leadership. Your expertise will directly influence resource deployment strategies and support a commitment to excellence. Requirements

  • This is a remote role, but candidates are required to currently reside within the continental United States to be considered. Candidates located in EST or CST are strongly preferred.
  • This is a W2 Contract (long-term potential). We cannot provide sponsorship, and C2C or 1099 arrangements are not available.
  • Minimum of 3--7 years of experience in resource management, deployment, or a related field within a Big 4, large accounting, CPA, tax consulting, or assurance firm.
  • Direct experience in Tax and/or Assurance resourcing and deployment is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills --- including pulling data from various systems and building actionable reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and other analytical functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to enhance productivity and reporting workflows.
  • Ability to manage client service accounts effectively.
  • Experience advising and supporting leadership on strategy and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Previous experience in client engagement and relationship management

Preferred Education And Experience

  • High school diploma is the minimum requirement; further education or degrees in relevant fields are preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a team or leading projects successfully.
