Therefore, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose -- securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Technical Product Manager, you will be working with other Technical Product Managers, and you will be responsible for one or more RADAR products. Our RADARs cover all kinds of technologies from DC to RF, from transistor logic to AI, from galvanized steel constructions to micro slotted waveguides. In this role, you are involved in the development of new products. You will take full technical responsibility for products as they transition from development into operation.

You will become part of our Lifecycle Management team within Research & Development. The team consist of 16 experienced colleagues, including Technical Product Mangers, Engineers, and Technicians. In addition, you will work with Research & Development design teams and other interfaces across the organization to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

You will play a key role throughout the lifecycle of our radar products -- from initial sales to final spare part delivery. Your work will cover technical support, certification for new markets, obsolescence management, redesigns, and lifecycle planning. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Product Management, leading one or more Radar products
  • Drive sustainment, producibility and continuous improvement
  • Manage obsolescence and implement proactive solutions
  • Optimize costs and resource allocation
  • Oversee product qualification and compliance

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has a technical background, e.g. Electronics Engineer (bachelor or Master) or similar
  • Brings at least 5 years of relevant experience, and knows how to lead and motivate teams across different technical disciplines
  • Has a broad technical understanding, including electronic development (digital, analog, and ideally RF)
  • Has experience with electronics production, including testing and yield optimization
  • Brings project management experience -- an advantage
