Your Role in Our Team

As our new Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be working with other technical product managers, and you will be responsible for Sensors used for large scale Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).

Working alongside other Technical Product Managers, you will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and business, ensuring that our sensor solutions meet both technical requirements and market needs. In this role, you will support the development of CIP solutions and take ownership of sensors as they transition into operation. You will be responsible for the product throughout its lifecycle---from initial sales to the final spare part delivery.

You will work with supplier collaboration, continuous improvements, technical support, certification for new markets, obsolescence management, and redesign activities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders including Commercial Product Managers, Sourcing, Quality Management, Service Operations, and Architects/System Engineers, as well as colleagues across the organization.

You will become part of our Lifecycle Management team within Research & Development. The team consists of 16 experienced colleagues, including Technical Product Managers, Engineers, and Technicians. In addition, you will work with Research & Development design teams and other interfaces across the organization to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

Daily work is at our Lystrup facility, travel activity up to 6 weeks / year.

How You Will Make a Meaningful Contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Product manager for the portfolio of sourced OEM sensors and system hardware like cameras, sonars, servers, GPUs etc.
  • Support the business with qualified OEM sensors and system hardware
  • Obsolescence handling
  • Product Lifecycle management
  • Supplier corporation
  • Product enhancements and documentation
  • Cost optimization
  • Sensor Qualification and test, Environmental, HALT etc.

Bring Your World Class Expertise Into Play

Qualifications:

  • You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You have a technical background, e.g. within engineering (marine, electrical, electronics).
  • You have strong technical/physics understanding and experience working with a range of sensor technologies (e.g. camera, access control, Radar, Sonar, ultrasonic).
  • You have experience leading and motivating teams across different technical disciplines.
  • Experience with system integration of large-scale sensors and fusion systems, for example within offshore, wind, or similar industries, is considered an advantage.
  • You find data-driven engineering interesting and are willing to learn e.g. Six Sigma, Power BI, Python and others.
