You'll lead cross-functional squads to ship high-impact deliverables on time, every time.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects---from scope definition and resource allocation to QA sign-off and post-launch support---using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business, tech, and vendor teams to ensure clear requirements, milestones, and KPIs across project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, and change control protocols to maintain schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
Proactively identify project bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on-track.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; facilitate JIRA/Confluence tracking and reporting for team velocity and progress visibility.
Collaborate with PMO to refine project governance, templates, and best practices---ensuring compliance with internal standards and external client SLAs.
