Role Overview:

QA(Robot)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Experience: 5+ years

Budget: 1 LPM

Key Skills (Priority-Based)

  • Troubleshooting (Primary -- ~40% weightage): Strong hands-on experience expected; should independently debug and resolve issues.
  • Robot Framework Automation (Must-have -- ~20%): Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience; should have built and executed automation scripts.
  • Unix/Linux: Basic hands-on knowledge (commands, navigation, logs).
  • SQL: Basic hands-on (queries, joins; no advanced PL/SQL required).
  • Python: Good to have (conceptual understanding is sufficient).

Additional Expectations

  • Prefer candidates from BFSI / Financial Services domain.
  • Candidates who have owned a module or feature delivery will be preferred.

Ability to explain:

  • Their exact role and contributions in projects
  • Code written and challenges faced in production
  • Problem-solving approach in real scenarios

Experience Depth (Evaluation Criteria)

  • Ownership: Independently delivered a module, mentored juniors, and can handle deep scenario-based questions.
  • Hands-on: Worked actively on tasks with some guidance; can explain work and handle moderate probing.
  • Exposure: Familiar with the skill through team involvement but not directly responsible.
  • Knowledge: Understands concepts but lacks practical application.
