Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms using industry-leading tools.
Automate end-to-end test cases across multiple environments, ensuring high coverage and early defect detection in CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with QA leads and developers to define test strategies, prioritize automation scope, and improve test reliability.
Integrate automated tests with Jenkins/GitLab CI, Selenium Grid, and cloud-based execution platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Monitor test health, analyze failure trends, and optimize flaky tests to maximize pipeline efficiency and reliability.
Document test architecture, best practices, and onboard junior automation engineers to maintain team velocity.
