The Opportunity
Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Marketing Administrative Assistant / Proposal Coordinator to join our high-performing Marketing Team in Los Angeles, CA. Position Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in operations, administration, and proposals. You will assist with data entry, proofreading, email communication, and the organization of documentation. You will also assist with qualifications packages, including resumes, project lists, project sheets, and forms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in learning more about Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) proposals.
Essential Job Functions

- Data entry, organization, and communication surrounding firm proposals
- Proofreading of fee proposals
- Contribution of qualifications packages, including resumes, project sheets, project lists, forms, and org charts
- Updates of marketing materials
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with InDesign
- Experience with AEC proposals
- Ability to work independently
Work Environment and Location
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our Los Angeles, CA office. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
