Corporate Contracts Analyst

Hybrid Schedule -- Two Days Work From Home

Salary: $65,000--$75,000, depending on experience

Join a fast-growing legal team supporting corporate and resort operations. We are seeking a Contracts Analyst with strong hands-on experience managing commercial and vendor agreements in a corporate environment, particularly involving SaaS, professional services, and MSA-driven contracting. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage contract review and negotiations while balancing legal risk with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, MSAs, statements of work, service agreements, marketing agreements, IT contracts, and other corporate contracts
  • Independently manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across IT, procurement, finance, HR, sales, and operations to support business initiatives
  • Analyze and advise on key contractual provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, data privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and representations & warranties
  • Participate in vendor and third-party negotiations, leading legal discussions and driving contracts toward execution
  • Identify legal and operational risks and escalate complex matters to the General Counsel or Senior Contracts Manager as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including contract process optimization and CLM system implementation

What You Bring

  • 3 years of hands-on commercial contracting experience in a corporate environment, with a strong focus on vendor, SaaS, services, and MSA-based agreements
  • Experience independently negotiating and managing commercial contracts from start to finish
  • Government contracting experience alone is not sufficient for this role
  • Strong understanding of standard commercial contract provisions, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
  • Sound business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and operational needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with CLM platforms and document management systems preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities independently
