Training and Support

What you'll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, focusing on both candidates and clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional roles.
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency while managing existing client relationships and identifying new ones.
  • Interviewing candidates and matching them with their ideal career opportunities.
  • Working toward clearly defined goals with unlimited opportunities for career growth and recognition.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience.
  • High level of adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Technically savvy and eager to learn new systems.
  • Passionate about candidate and client success.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for this position in Colorado is $56,485 - $70,000, plus incentive compensation.
