Location: 100% Remote
Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required
Job Type: Full-Time
Target Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary.
Position Summary
We are seeking a professional with experience in AWS and/or Azure to analyze performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, while supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management.
Required Skills
- Strong in data analysis & reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) with proven ability to analyze cloud cost/consumption and drive optimization.
- Experience supporting ITSM/ITOM (incident, change, SLA reporting) and disaster recovery tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within enterprise architecture/governance frameworks, supporting documentation and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree (IS, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related).
- 4-7 years relevant experience in AWS and/or Azure, analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management.
