M365 Platform Engineer | TSA -- DHS Opportunity

Location: 100% Remote

Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000

This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary.

Required Skills

• Designs, builds, operates, and supports the Microsoft 365 platform by implementing secure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management across enterprise-scale multi-tenant environments.
• Manages M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related collaboration and productivity tools while aligning implementations with enterprise architecture standards and governance requirements.
• Works proactively with Lead Architects and enterprise governance teams to evaluate platform capabilities, analyze operational, security, and cost considerations, and identify opportunities to optimize or expand M365 service adoption.
• Supports platform integrations, tenant configuration, policy enforcement, and disaster recovery planning and testing to maintain continuity across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Implements DevOps principles for automation and configuration management within the M365 ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of Relevant Experience.
• BA/BS degree in related field.
