Target Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary.
Position Summary
We are seeking a UC / Telecom Support Analyst (2+ years of experience) to support enterprise VoIP, VTC, or unified communications (UC) across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, incident triage, and service restoration.
Required Skills
- Experience with user provisioning, endpoint configuration, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
- Basic networking (QoS/voice-video dependencies) and supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain runbooks/documentation.
- Ability to support on-site operations and 24/7 on-call requirements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (IT/Telecom/CS or related).
- 2+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise VoIP, VTC, or unified communications (UC) across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, incident triage, and service restoration.
