About the Role

The Revenue Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and improve overall business profitability. This role oversees revenue operations, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures the successful execution of sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

The Revenue Director works closely with executive leadership to define revenue targets, establish performance metrics, and implement scalable processes that support sustainable growth in a fully remote environment.

This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead revenue operations, including sales performance management, forecasting, and pipeline optimization
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue alignment
  • Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue metrics
  • Optimize pricing strategies, sales processes, and go-to-market approaches
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Lead and mentor revenue operations and sales support teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 8--12+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales leadership, business development, or related roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue operations tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Clari
  • Experience with sales enablement, pricing strategy, and pipeline management
  • Background in data analytics or business intelligence
