Duties

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions and addressing client needs professionally
• Use strong phone etiquette to create positive impressions and foster trust with potential clients
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving call center environment
