Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for an Outside Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. Other key responsibilities include market research, sales strategy development, and maintaining client satisfaction to ensure repeated business and referrals. This is a new company, and this position is the primary role for growth within the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales in the coffee and food manufacturing Industry is a major plus!
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Strategic Selling, and Negotiation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and excel in a remote, contract-based setting
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial sales role is highly beneficial
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful, but not as important as your proven sales track record.
