Associate Operations Analyst - Remote

Job Description:

• Pay: $28 - 31.38/hr (W2)
• Assignment is budgeted through the end of the year, with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need

You will support the client's gift card business by:

• Tracking and reconciling invoices related to marketing activities
• Setting up and managing tests and campaigns to validate business concepts before launch
• Analyzing customer support issues related to gift cards and identifying root causes to improve experiences
• Building and maintaining budget trackers and supporting financial modeling efforts
• Working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support business initiatives
• Utilizing spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for analysis, tracking, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (required)
• Experience working with financial data, models, or budgeting processes
• Experience building and managing budget trackers
• Background in tech or e-commerce environment is a plus
• SQL experience is a plus
