Business Analyst

Job Description

• Pay: $35-39.02/hr (W2)
• Assignment Length: 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need
• Location: Fully remote (EST/CST preferred)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze software requirements based on customer needs.
• Create and document workflows related to customer journeys.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management to drive project deliverables.
• Analyze business problems, assess impact, and help develop solutions.
• Support software QA, UAT, and integration testing efforts.
• Assist with preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Help evaluate and improve business processes and workflows.
• Support customer onboarding and deliver basic software training.
• Work in a fast-paced, Agile environment using tools like Jira.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Jira and Agile methodology.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and workflow documentation.
• Exposure to QA, UAT, or integration testing preferred.
• Interest in technology/software with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in financial services or payments industry is a plus.
