Staff Accountant (REMOTE!)

Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing Series B SaaS company that is scaling globally and looking to bring on a Staff Accountant in a newly-created role. This individual will own the AP function end-to-end in a fast-paced NetSuite environment, with some exposure to payroll, AR, and month-end close activities.

What you'll do

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process including invoice processing, vendor management, approvals, and timely payment runs
• Support month-end close activities including AP accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness across pay cycles
• Operate NetSuite for AP, GL, and reporting workflows
• Handle international vendor payments and multi-currency transactions
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure clean, accurate financials
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP workflows and increase efficiency
• Provide light AR support as needed

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-scaling, remote startup environment
• Exposure to international transactions and multi-currency processing
• Attention to detail, organized, and comfortable owning a function independently
• Familiarity with payroll processes and systems
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is a MUST

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000 | Fully Remote
