The Associate Manager, Brand Marketing will support the Brand team by owning go-to-market planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure brand initiatives are executed on time and with excellence. This role serves as a central driver of timelines, milestones, and workflow across marketing functions and works in close partnership with Sales, Sales Capabilities, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative/Design to ensure initiatives are executed on time, aligned to business priorities, and ready for retailer activation. The Associate Manager helps translate brand strategy into executable plans and ensures momentum across initiatives.
This role can be remote or Atlanta, GA based

What You'll Do:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Own go-to-market execution for brand initiatives including launches, campaigns, sampling, and retail moments
- Build and manage GTM timelines, workback schedules, and milestone tracking
- Ensure alignment across Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Sales
- Translate brand strategy into executable plans
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Serve as day-to-day project manager for brand-led initiatives
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Sales Capabilities, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative/Design to ensure successful execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and timing conflicts
- Support workflows including artwork refreshes and change control
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Serve as primary Brand contact for Sales timelines and deliverables, including retail displays and digital assets
- Ensure launch assets are completed in advance of retailer timelines
- Maintain launch trackers and readiness summaries
- Translate brand plans into sales-ready narratives leveraging brand analytics and consumer insights
Marketing Calendar & Process Excellence
- Own holistic marketing and GTM calendar
- Ensure visibility and alignment on priorities
- Improve workflows and create repeatable processes
Who You Are:
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong communicator across teams
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
What You Need:
- 3--5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience supporting go-to-market launches or campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills, experience with Wrike preferred
- Experience working with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution
- Familiarity with syndicated data analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, etc.)
- CPG and retail / shopper marketing experience preferred
