Are you a seasoned Personal Injury Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage a robust caseload? Our firm is seeking a highly skilled, detail‑oriented paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a proactive professional who excels in case organization, communication, and litigation support.

About the Role

The Personal Injury Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support all phases of case management—from intake through settlement or litigation. You'll handle medical records, client communication, discovery, demands, and trial preparation while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization. This position requires a self‑starter who can manage deadlines and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury case files from intake to resolution
  • Draft and organize demands, discovery responses, pleadings, and legal correspondence
  • Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Maintain communication with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
  • Prepare settlement documentation and assist with lien resolution
  • Maintain calendaring of deadlines, statutes, and case milestones
  • Support trial preparation, including exhibits, summaries, and document organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required
  • Strong understanding of personal injury procedures and litigation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection required
