We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Data Management Assistant to support our advertising and marketing operations by organizing, maintaining, and analyzing digital information. The role involves managing databases, updating records, tracking campaign data, and assisting with digital workflows. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless data flow across various platforms, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms.
- Organize and file digital records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and security.
- Assist with data collection efforts by gathering information from various sources and inputting it into designated systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for analysis.
- Support order entry processes by verifying information, processing transactions, and ensuring timely completion.
- Transcribe audio or written content with precision, maintaining high levels of accuracy in all documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to support efficient data management practices.
Experience
- Prior clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, including the creation of pivot tables and basic data analysis.
- Proven ability in data entry, typing, transcription, and office tasks requiring accuracy and speed.
- Experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and order processing is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of office software suites such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience that highlights organizational abilities and multitasking proficiency.

- Pay: $25.79 - $31.06 per hour
