Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to lead our visual branding and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will blend artistic vision with strategic marketing expertise to craft compelling visual content that elevates our brand presence across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring cohesive brand identity through innovative art direction and digital design. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our visual storytelling while driving impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies, art direction, CIS consistency, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and marketing channels
  • Create captivating graphics, including logos, illustrations, motion graphics, and digital art using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision
  • Design layouts for print advertising, web pages, social media content, presentations, and sign manufacturing projects with a keen eye for typography, color management, and layout design
  • Produce engaging video content through video editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and other editing software
  • Manage content on websites using WordPress and other content management systems; implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop UI/UX designs that enhance web design projects and improve user engagement
  • Oversee photo manipulation, photography sessions, and production design to ensure high-quality visual output aligned with brand standards
  • Lead art direction for campaigns while maintaining a strong understanding of marketing principles to maximize reach and impact
  • Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders; refine designs based on feedback to meet project goals effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, branding, and marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, sign manufacturing processes, and print advertising standards
  • Experience in UI/UX design principles for web development; familiarity with WordPress content management systems
  • Strong photography skills including photo manipulation and photo editing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics production is highly desirable
