Administrative Assistant
Our Client is a bookkeeping and financial consulting firm located in Washington is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, a creative problem solver, adaptable, curious, and self-directed.
This is a part-time, fully remote position. Applicants within western Washington can expect to travel periodically for in-person team meetings.
Core Responsibilities
- Help manage administrative tasks for Sales and Operations staff
- Assist with new client onboarding procedures
- Help maintain client CRM database
- Help manage and maintain secure client files
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as directed
- Additional research projects as directed
Qualifications/Skills
- 2-5 years' experience as an administrative assistant
- Full comprehension of MS Office Suite tools
- Experience with Notion, Asana, Zoom, and QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Prior experience in accounting or finance industries a plus
- Strong interest in digital technology and AI tools
- High level verbal and written communications skills
