Job Summary

Delivers accurate, timely, and compliant client service support for Vanguard Personalized Indexing® accounts. Executes servicing processes, partners with internal teams to resolve issues, and provides support and daily oversight of junior team members' work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as subject matter expert and manages multiple workflow.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for issues raised by junior specialists based on severity and risk.
  • Identifies trends in complex issues and collaborates with internal partners to develop solutions. Provide training for less experienced crew.
  • Partner with Operations, Portfolio Management, and Relationship teams on resolution of cases.
  • Develops and maintains proficient knowledge of direct indexing mechanics, tax-aware investing concepts, and servicing complexity.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures operational processes are followed consistently and drives process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2--5 years of experience in client service, investment operations, or advisor support.
  • Working knowledge of direct indexing or SMA concepts and account servicing workflows.
  • Strong attention to details and professional communication skills.
