We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Remote Healthcare Talent Specialist to join our team, supporting healthcare facilities across all cities in West Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals, including clinicians, nurses, and support staff, into temporary and permanent positions.
Key Duties Include
- Utilizing various sourcing channels to identify top healthcare talent
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Building strong relationships with healthcare facilities and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely placements
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within our ATS
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the hiring process
