AI Technical Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Developer with more than 5 years of hands-on experience (ideally 6-7 years) to join our team in a fully remote position based in Spain (EU). The role requires a highly adaptable and proactive professional with strong technical expertise in Python and LLM-based models.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade solutions, as well as actively monitoring and maintaining them. This position involves working in distributed teams and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.

Tasks

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using Python.
  • Work with LLM-based models to build intelligent solutions.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based systems in AWS environments.
  • Develop and maintain containerized applications using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize developed solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams in a remote setting.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Use version control systems such as Git in development workflows.

Specific Expertise

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with LLM-based models.
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Hands-on expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ACCD environments.
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and tools (valued).
  • Proficiency in Git and version control best practices.
  • Ability to build, deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade systems.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Capability to work independently in remote and distributed teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years.
  • Education: Graduate.
  • Languages: English (C1) (Mandatory), Spanish.

Location

  • Remote (EU/Spain).

Compensation

  • Daily rate: 230-240 €/day.
  • Hourly rate: 20-30 €/hour.
