supporting healthier learning environments The Role We are looking for a Part Time Mental Health Provider to join our TalkNow Team TalkNow is a 247 365 on demand telehealth service that exclusively serves the higher education student population As a Part Time Mental Health Provider on our TalkNow Team you will act as a primary form of emotional support for the students and members ie faculty & staff we serve We are looking for providers who have successfully completed a masters degree in professional counseling social work andor marriage and family therapist who have worked with populations in need of crisis intervention de escalation risk assessment and safety planning Location We offer a remote work environment Work from home criteria includes but is not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements HIPAA compliant workspace free from distractions and successful completion of the credentialing onboarding and training programs Adherence to HIPAA and compliance standards and all policies procedures required for this role Schedule Part Time 20 hrs totalFriday & Saturday 800 pm 600 amIf the shift falls on a holiday provider will be expected to cover that daytime accordingly Holiday spot bonus of 250 will be providedRequirements for Contracted Services Completion of a Masters Degree MAMS in Psychology Professional Counseling Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License is REQUIREDFully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner PLUSStrong clinical writing assessment and active listening skillsExperience with crisis intervention and de escalationExperience providing therapeutic services to young adults adolescents at risk populations or have worked in a community mental health crisis support or a college peers and support staffAble to remain calm and adapt to the changing needs of the members we serveAble to assess triage and document sessions with members potentially in crisis andor are experiencing opportunity is 27500 for AssociatesProvisionally Licensed provider and 32000 for fully Clinically Licensed provider This is the base pay and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
