The Role:

Join our TalkNow Team as a Part-Time Mental Health Provider, offering on-demand telehealth services to college students and staff. You will be a primary source of emotional support, providing crisis intervention, de-escalation, risk assessment, and safety planning.

Location:

This is a remote position. Work from home requires a HIPAA-compliant workspace, reliable internet, and successful completion of onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote mental health support via telehealth.
• Conduct sessions with a focus on active listening and evidence-based modalities.
• Assess, triage, and document sessions, potentially with clients in crisis.
• Maintain professional conduct and adapt to member needs.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards.

Session Structure:

• Expected client time: 20 minutes
• Documentation time: 10 minutes
• Total session time: No more than 30 minutes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Provisional or Associate License REQUIRED.
• Full & Unrestrictive License PREFERRED.
• Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and risk assessment.
• Experience with young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations.
• Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills.
• Valid US work authorization (sponsorship not available).

Compensation:

• Associates/Provisionally Licensed Provider: $27,500 annually.
• Fully Clinically Licensed Provider: $30,000 annually.

service that exclusively serves the higher education student population As a Part Time Mental Health Provider on our TalkNow Team you will act as a primary form of emotional support for the students and members ie faculty & staff we serve We are looking for providers who have successfully completed a masters degree in professional counseling social work andor marriage and family therapist who have worked with populations in need of crisis intervention de escalation risk assessment and safety planning Location We offer a remote work environment Work from home criteria includes but is not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements HIPAA compliant workspace free from distractions and successful completion of the credentialing onboarding and training
