Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Integration Specialist. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining seamless integrations of Titan Secure technology across various platforms and systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with software development teams, and providing support to ensure successful integrations. You will also liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and address technical challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Integration and Troubleshooting to ensure seamless system functionality
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess system requirements and resolve integration challenges
- Experience with Software Development practices to design and support integration solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with vehicle security or IoT technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
