About Toddle

Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K-12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500 schools in 100 countries.

Teachers today work 50 hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10 hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Our approach is three-pronged:

  • Unified Lifecycle: Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place, supporting curriculum planning, assessments, portfolios, communication, and adjacent workflows like attendance and analytics.
  • AI-Powered: Every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered, assisting educators with planning, grading, and insights, while offering student-facing AI Tutors for personalized learning.
  • Seamless Integration: The platform supports 50 integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, and workspaces like Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20 countries, Toddle is built by former educators who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand.

Here's what you'll be doing

We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator, with experience of teaching in faith-based private schools, to join our team. In this role, you will own the design, delivery, and evolution of Toddle's professional learning experiences for the faith-based schools vertical.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of learning design, community building, and growth.

Core Pillars

1. Design and lead world-class learning experiences (events & community)

  • Create a comprehensive events and content strategy that addresses the needs, interests, and challenges of educators and school leaders in faith-based private schools.
  • Own the end-to-end design and implementation of Toddle's professional learning experiences.
  • Conceptualise, design, and deliver virtual learning experiences for school leaders (approximately 2 per quarter).
  • Plan and execute in-person meet-ups (5-8 per year), working closely with host schools.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner schools to co-create authentic, community-driven events.

2. Write strategic MOFU/BOFU content to support GTM & sales

  • Lead the creation of high-quality distribution copy for landing pages, emails, social media, ads, and educator forums.
  • Develop middle and bottom-of-funnel content, such as case studies, video testimonials, competitor pages, and product videos.
  • Build and update the website with new features or solution pages.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment with customer journeys and conversion goals.

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an educator (preferred if in faith-based schools). Prior experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, ad copies, and content pieces.
  • Educators who are enthusiastic about getting into marketing or growth are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing events and communication campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.
  • Location: Remote, with base location anywhere in the United States.

Benefits

  • Flexibility at work: Work from anywhere and block "no-meeting hours" for focused work.
  • Diverse learning opportunities: Work across different teams and access a budget for professional development.
  • Industry best leave policy: No cap on sick/casual leaves, special paid leaves, and no-questions-asked menstrual leave.
  • No bell curve performance evaluations: We hire the best and expect the best.
  • A super fun and diverse group of folks to collaborate and grow with.

Application Process

  1. Shortlisting: Email your resume and a short note on why you're interested in this role to [email protected].
  2. Assessment: We will review your application for fit. If shortlisted, you will hear from us within 2-3 days.
  3. Interview Process: Typically 2-3 rounds of interviews, a written assignment, and deep reference checks.
