Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions.
- Support project planning, timelines, documentation, and implementation.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, risks, and project progress.
- Create process documentation, reports, dashboards, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project.
- CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
