Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions.
  • Support project planning, timelines, documentation, and implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, risks, and project progress.
  • Create process documentation, reports, dashboards, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
