About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex business and IT projects from initiation through successful completion. This role collaborates with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with established project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple enterprise business and technology projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executive sponsors to establish project vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather, document, and validate project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Provide regular project status updates, executive dashboards, and progress reports.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies.
- Manage project changes through established change management processes.
- Resolve project issues and remove obstacles impacting project success.
- Coordinate conflict resolution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Resource & Team Coordination
- Coordinate internal project teams and cross-functional resources.
- Ensure project team members have the tools, documentation, and support required to perform successfully.
- Monitor resource utilization and project workloads.
- Promote collaboration and accountability across project teams.
- Support effective communication among all project participants.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the organization's IT Project Life Cycle (ITPLC) methodology.
- Maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project audits and quality reviews.
- Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards and governance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of project management practices.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Participate in vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate activities with contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and project deliverables.
- Support procurement and contract administration processes when required.
Technical Project Support
- Coordinate projects involving enterprise security and infrastructure technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams supporting encryption, certificate management, and key management initiatives.
- Assist with technology implementation planning and execution.
- Support enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Four to seven years of project management experience leading business or information technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience preparing executive reports, project documentation, and governance materials.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of encryption technologies, digital certificates, and enterprise key management.
- Experience with enterprise security platforms such as Venafi, CyberArk, Fortanix, or HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.
- Experience working with vendors, contract negotiations, and third-party technology providers.
