Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact People Technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday HCM and M&A integrations. This role will act as a key bridge between People (HR), Technology, and Business teams, ensuring seamless execution of complex, multi-year programs.
You will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives including system integrations, compliance programs (GDPR), and HR technology optimization, enabling the organization to scale efficiently during a period of rapid growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex People Technology programs, including Workday HCM implementations and M&A integrations
- Drive integration of acquired entities, aligning HR systems, processes, and data into the existing ecosystem
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Engineering, IT, Security, Privacy, and Finance teams to align on program goals and execution
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Establish and maintain program governance, including status reporting, risk management, and executive updates
- Oversee system integrations and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, onboarding, and contract oversight
- Drive compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Lead change management and communication strategies to support successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI tracking
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives
- 6 years of experience leading HR technology programs, specifically Workday HCM
- Proven experience managing M&A integrations, including system, process, and data integration
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, Zendesk, and Confluence
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Engineering, IT, HR, Security, and Compliance teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience with data privacy and compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced tech environments
- Background in People Technology / HR systems transformation
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI-driven or automation initiatives within HR tech
