As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our team on a remote, independent contractor basis.
About the Role
This is a performance-based opportunity for self-motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping businesses discover solutions that can transform the way they operate.
You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, set your own schedule, and build your own pipeline. There are no geographic restrictions on the clients you pursue.
This role offers significant earning potential through a highly competitive commission structure.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers to introduce clients to our AI, automation, and growth solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and consultations
- Maintain relationships throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably in SaaS, automation, or technology consulting environments.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct strategic discovery, understand business processes, and align automation or integration solutions with client objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and persuasive messaging.
- Experience working remotely and independently, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Comfort collaborating with technical, product, and delivery teams to scope solutions and prepare accurate proposals or statements of work.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-centric sales practices, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client success.
