About TrueTwin

TrueTwin is an AI-native platform in the creator economy where fans subscribe to AI Twins of real creators and have actual 1-on-1 conversations --- chat, voice, and video --- 24/7, in any language. Every conversation is remembered.

The product is live, and a closed beta is currently running. The company is registered in Dubai (DIFC, AI Campus).

About the Role

The founder is seeking the first leadership hire, a Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer, to own the entire commercial side of the business. The founder will continue to lead tech and product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships: Forge relationships with creators, talent agencies, brand agencies, and platforms.
  • Go-to-Market: Lead pilot launches, customer acquisition, and overall growth strategies.
  • Revenue: Define pricing, deal structures, and monetization strategies.
  • Fundraising: Co-lead pre-seed and seed funding rounds with the founder.
  • Team Building: Hire and lead the commercial team post-funding.

  • The product is already built and functional.
  • Full ownership of the commercial domain with no pre-existing team or founder ego barriers.
  • The founder is technical and will remain focused on tech and product, ensuring no functional overlap or competition.
  • A clear path to Co-Founder status based on impact within the first 6-12 months.

Compensation

  • Meaningful founding-team equity with milestone-based accelerators.
  • Cash compensation is currently limited and will scale significantly after funding. This role is not suitable for individuals requiring a senior corporate salary from day one.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Proven track record in building and leading commercial functions at creator-economy, content, or AI platforms.
  • Experience running partnerships or talent at a major creator/talent agency.
  • Experience founding, scaling, or exiting a creator-economy, SaaS, or consumer subscription company.
  • Experience leading Business Development or Growth at an AI company through its inflection point.
  • Held a VP+ commercial title and seeking greater ownership and an earlier-stage opportunity.

Skills & Attributes:

  • A strong network within the creator economy, talent, or consumer AI sectors.
  • Proficiency in both closing deals and building commercial functions from scratch.
  • Excellent judgment for making commercial decisions independently.
  • The conviction to transition into this role within 60 days of acceptance.

What We Are Not Looking For:

  • Individuals seeking advisor or board status disguised as a co-founder role.
  • Those unwilling to fully commit, preferring to lead from the sidelines while managing other ventures.
  • Candidates whose primary focus is immediate salary rather than the company's potential.
  • Individuals with less than VP-level commercial experience.
  • Those who require the company to be fully de-risked before joining.

Location

  • Worldwide. Strong potential fits exist in the US, EU, or GCC. The founder is currently mobile in Europe and open to relocating. Dubai is the registered HQ, but not a strict requirement.
